These the ones I sold you ? Always planned to paint them black myself, and then tart up the chrome lip :)

I had colour coded handles on my 1st GTI. I bought the P10 chrome handles, sanded, primed and sprayed them. Its pretty simple, the hardest bit is taking the handles apart for painting, and putting them back together. The chrome ment that they were a perfectly smooth finish, not bumpy...

195/50/15 are fine mate, your right about them being alot cheaper, a couple of years back i managed to get 2 eagle F1's fitted for £75 :eek:

Spotted a blue P1 GTI on my way home from work today, near Farrington Guerney. Seen you twice now, was in the bosses car the other time though. I think the number plate was **** TUF If i see you again I'll give you a wave.

Think you could pretty much get what you paid for it mate, I don't think the dealers supply them anymore.

I told you they were different in the other post :P I bought a set months back after reading they would fit, but they aren't even close. Don't forget to add VAT etc onto anything you buy from the states too, cost me almost £100 in the end :mad:

Got it last night from Tesco for about £15. Its on the extras disc, theres a bit of video from one of the shows, and you see the back of your car with the mini moto in. Haven't had time to watch the film yet, but as soon as I saw it was sponsored by fuel I had a quick look for your car :lol:
