I've got a couple of fobs, and a master, dunno if it's for my car though cause I know Fred gave me a bunch of spare keys and fobs he got over the years. But I've given up with it and the hassles. Drives me up the wall, and for the sake of £100 I'd rather the piece of mind that it aint gonna loose signal and keep me locked out my car lol! Luckily when it's happened I've not been far away from my house if it did decide to lock me out for any longer.
 
And Clifford are shite. Had a signum alarm on the Autech couldn't fault it at all.
 
Both keys & the master & 2 fobs came with the car from Kelv, the other fobs are just spares I collected over the years.
As a side note, it started doing that when I had it, which is why I got the spare fobs, but my black GTi does exactly the same thing. :(

So with SLAM the alarm kept going off, got new alarm fitted and then about 6months later had issues with car cutting out etc. Then we found a dastek and Ross saw the wiring when it was all removed from the car & reckons it was the dastek causing the problem as the wiring on the alarm kind of rules itself out.
Now NATS/central locking is driving me up the wall, fob keeps loosing signal so has to be re-programmed and also locks the car fine, then it won't open locking me out the car for like 10-15mins, not impressed.

Not alot of alarm/central locking ppl up here I can use so probably gonna use the same guy and just gonna get this fitted.

im trying to think if the dastek was wired up in SLAM when i removed it, i have a funny feeling it wasnt wired in

Got new alarm fitted on Friday too, but mostly cause Nats was being a prick and was sick of using the key.

How do they feel Chris?? I think they are awesome cams.
I'm glad they are still going strongly, surprised the welded up exhaust cam has lasted so long!
