Pointless nostalgia - T11EWL's back

Hello new generation of Almera owners

Would be intestested to see if there are any old faces on here, but for those that don't know me;

My name's Rick. I had this 5dr GX...


which I slowly turned into this...


and then this in 2004 turning out of a junction into the path of an oncoming lorry...




I was one of the early adopters of under-car neons when F&F came out (they were £200 on a group-buy back then!)
To my knowledge this was one of only a handful of 5dr N15s which had a GTi lump fitted
Don't s'pose anyone ever pilfered the car for bits ?? ...it had EVO V Recaros, what I think were Aston Martin Lagonda 4 pot calipers and two-piece discs I salvaged from a GTi-R, a custom front bumper with a cold-air feed flushed into it, and 18" Momo alloys

I too recognise the car.

There are many many 5drs with SR20's now. Even N16s are being converted to SR20!

As above, are you coming back to N1x ownership? Id love to see one with tsw venoms, undercar neons, lexus lights and a snowplough bodykit

Well I recovered quickly from the smash, picked up the keys to my first house and went out and bought myself a SEAT Toledo which I proceeded to spend a fortune on.

Was all lined up for an engine swap on that too, till some points caught up with me

Laid up the Toledo and got a K12 Micra for zipping about in, then found myself in need of a new woman, so logically got myself an S2000 ...to impress the laydeez

....crashed that too (fortunately not with a woman in the car)

I'd just started a new insurance policy on the Honda with CCi who told me I couldn't buy anything sensible to replace it with cos it wouldn't be covered by my sports car policy. I asked what they classed as a sports car? Caterfields, Nissan GTRs, M3s.... Sorry, what was that last one? M3s... ? I'll phone you back !

So I've got an E46 silver M3 'vert, a Mk3 Toledo I accidently bid on on eBay while searching for bits for the other one, and the silver Toledo that's still laid up from 2005, slowly returning to the earth from whence it came.

Pictures of the E46 M3 please.. always liked them after the topgear feature on the M3 CSL E46

I've got quite enough Toledos ....the 'new' one is about to be laid up too - it's got a curious rattle, and a broken n/s window motor cable I CBA fixing right now
