Rick's New Motor

nice mate, someone down here has just bought one and had a wee look around it the other day......says its lovely to drive, and i'd agree with him.....beemers and merc's handle great even the huge ones

Still loving the car.

Just been in the garage and it's had a new shock and spring fitted. Repair bills aren't the best

MPG is pretty good and i'm averaging around 350 miles to a fuel tank which is around £50 to fill.

I'll get some new pics up after i've washed it.

Needs to go in the bodyshop aswell, as someone has reversed into it and left a nice scratch and dent on my bonnet  Some people have no morals.

bastards, i hate it when people do things like that.

Supermarket car parks are the worst for that, I always park miles away :D

Just a little update on the beast. Just got delivered some new parts.

I believe those are uprated brakes!! Nice!!

Got any other plans for it?? ;)

The brakes needed replaced, it would be rude not to uprate them!! :D

Have thought about getting the some AC Shnitzer styling goodies for it but i'll have to save up a bit cash first.

aftermarket parts can be pricey. Making it difficult to buy when on a budget

But then you know they are are of proper quality build just like the cars themselves. Whatever makes you happy i say!

You only live once and you can't take your money with you! :D

How the mighty fall.

Family life eh.

Indeed, food on the table & clothes on the back come first now unfortunately.

I'm stuck driving a 1.0l Yaris with no power steering or in fact no luxuries at all. It does however get 52mpg which is good for the wallet.

Been looking at other cars, as the Yaris is a tad small and only 3doors, so is a pain getting the car seat in and out.
