James, anymore info on the amp installation as I want to amp my speakers and run a sub woofer so definitely interested in any info you have on the wiring? I was tempted with the MP3 convertor but am gonna see how the Parrot kit I've bought goes as it also allows audio streaming unlike previous versions.

I just used a line level converter like one of these, and took the audio from these four:

Thats FR and FL, leaving the rear speakers amped by the headunit

Here's what the colours of the left hand wires do, according to t'internet:
white (+) left channel
white/black (-) left channel
grey (+) right channel
grey/black (-) right channel
black -- eath

sorry to bump an old thread but a quick question james before you fitted your Yatour did you have a cd changer in your car or just a single cd player? mine has the single slot and on my lcd screen I only have the track and time of the cd.I noticed you also have the disc number as well,i am hoping mine will show this as well when I fit my Yatour

Hi,

I didn't have the CD changer originally, I just plugged the Yatour in and it enabled it!

Thanks mate looks like I am going to be ok providing I do not lose any functions when I unplug my cd player:D
