TT turbo should have them on? Oh and they put bigger ones on the turbo so be aware oem nuts don't fit. I did give you all nuts yeah?

While I'm waiting, made a start on doing the interior wiring today. Might not look like it but I've now laid out and labelled all the wires I need for the manual heater controls. Which is basically all the wiring done, just need to solder and heat wrap. I'll be leaving in some electric blocks to make it easy to splice into power/earth/el etc and will tidy up previous wiring I did with sketchy crimps.

Just have to see if will all actually work!! Got LOADS of wiring to remove left over from the climate control (that's a spare loom I'm working with on the right).

Looking good with the progress ed seems like you've done a ton of work on her while she's been off the road, by the last picture I would hate trying to sort that wire out lol fair play to you mate.

You forgot to do the engine mount bracket on one of the pictures hehe ;)

O rly??

One nut is crossed on a stud so need a new stud&nut so I can tighten properly, and one nut is just an old minging one I had in the toolbox.

Nevermind then.

Made up an EGR semi-blank. Hole should reduce soot in the intake but keep the management light at bay. I hope.

Cut up my battery tray to take the Shorai battery until I can move it to the boot.

Front end looks great now, all black and shit.











 
Lots of progress! I like it.

EGR sensor, what is it looking for? Gas flow? Just wondering if the sensor can be fooled

Been trying to figure this out for ages. Got to be gas flow and or heat, and the sensor has to be in the valve itself. Nothing obvious in the FSM/wiring diagram and doesn't seem to be something that can be mapped out so sayeth RS Tuning.
