Fresh underseal :) can't wait to have it back on the road but so far off it haha.

arh gotchya! ive been using hydrate 80 bilt hamber for treating the rust and it's probably the best rust treatment iv'e used to date.
highly recommended, along with the epoxy mastic 121.

Ah right. I've not had to sort any rust luckily I did brush underseal it a few years back and I didn't do all of it for some reason lol.

Mine was very good on the rusty apart from tiny patch inner rear arch and under the back seat where it meet's the bottom of the arch, which was cut out, welded sharpish been good since.

I also use denso tape in the danger area's then underseal over the top a few time's.

Have a gander inside the sill's too with a torch, under the kick plate's. In this area i plugged the drain holes out the sill's and filled with motorbike chain grease, wait for it to settle and stick then took the plugs out.

Grease is like glue and stick's like shit to a blanket cheap too.

Thanks :) Yeah all arrived fine not checked the cv boots out yet as I've been really busy this weekend but im sure all will be ok. Thanks again for sorting them out for me

Had a day of snapping bolts just removing the wings then drilled all the snapped bolts out, masked up for finishing the underseal then It's starting raining :(

Should be having the engine bay painted next week though so it can all start going back together

thought you never had any? Grind that back and see what your left with! may need cutting out and welding.
My guess is... it be worse to the rear of the sill and i covered all the little vent's and sprayed mtx chain oil inside the sill's, for hour or so and unblocked the vent's after
