Best way to repair leather seats

First of all I hope I have posted in the right section, on the passenger seat of my tino the best way to describe it is some of the top layer of the leather looks like it has been warn away.Is there any kits, creams that I can use to bring it back to its former glory?also the drivers seat has loads of "bits" on it (like the bits you can get on clothes) if that makes sense, it looks like wear and tear but I would like to do something with them.Any ideas? thanks for your help

Bit late for a reply but my car had some of the colour worn off the drivers seat when i got it,I rang a sofa repair company near me and he did it for £15 in about ten minutes outside his workshop, worth a try as I know i'd have probably spent twice the amount on product to do half as good a job.
