I think the main issue is people blasting the whole underside with a pressure washer and not drying it properly. Then you're just sealing the water between the metal and the seal, and it's not going through the seal! When I do the Integra I'm going to spend a good day doing the arches...

Just remember not to skimp on tyres. Even with coilovers it makes no difference if you have no grip ;)
