They are t501 and they can be removed from the the screw fitment, so you can replace just the bulbs not the whole thing

could be one of two things either speakers have popped or the little box that links tweeters to speakers has either come loose or blown check them all

not sure about the part numbers pal, I would of just bought the clutch kit and done it all whilst you had the opertunity, and my old 1998 1.4 engine had 4 gearboxes due to input shaft bearings destroying themselves, IMO gear a phase 2 1.4 box, new clutch kit valeo/ Luk makes better quality ones...
