Almera tino few questions

buying a 2001 tino 2.2di (twin cam 16v turbo'd lump)
does anyone know if any parts tuning or bodystyling is available?
also does anyone have any idea of what these are supposed to be producing power wise as standard
took one for a test drive today and was very impressed with it then took a dci scenic out and my 1.4 almera is already twice the car!!! its shit !!

whats your thoughts ??

Yes there is. A mate of mine has one, and there's a few parts available from Germany. I'll speak to him on Tuesday (3 day weekends for 6 months for me!!) and I'll get back to you with company details. :)

don't understand the springs tho 40mm at the front and 20mm rear :confused:
also they are pi :(
 
MS Designs do a kit for it, there are a couple of UK suppliers. Also you can get a bull bar for it.

If you can get hold of a D&W catalogue from Germany, they do export sales. My mates going ove in a couple of weeks, If you want he bring one back and I'll post it on to you. They've got quite a range of kit in there, or so I'm told......

hi, got my Mrs tino 2.2DI, superchipped(and k&n element ,which is the same as a gti by the way),power went from 114BHP to just uder 140BHP BUT ITS THE TORQUE thats jumped 54ftlb that makes the difference.The overtaking is effortless and over say 30MPH MY GTI WOULD HAVE TROUBLE TO KEEP UP !
