Aah I see yes it's a work of art that one and probably the worlds most heavily modified Autech!! :) Someone has spent about 80k (Nzd) on it apparently.

in n.z.,you have to own the thing for a calander year before you can import it. then around $5000aud freight, and compliance costs. dont worry, i've asked the question.
