Creaking passenger door shelf

Hey all,
Anyone experience this? The passenger door is creaking a huge amount. Seems to be around near the speaker. If im listening to music or accelerating up, its vibrates. Ive pulled the shelf panel out slightly and it stops, but goes back when I let go. I put a tennis ball in the door to keep it pushed out, but that has stopped working. It still has standard speakers in it.

Any help would be great. Thanks
 
anychance u can tell us how to get the door panel off for nissan almera n16 1.5s
where are the screws to take the door off mate i know the rest will be clips but it cant all be clips lol
 
yeah try ripping the door panel off and putting it back on. I had this on my car and found out that the door dropped about 1mm and was rubbing against the side skirt making a viberating sound I got a 3 door.
 
I'm having this problem in a 5 door N16 - as you say it sounds like it's coming from the speaker area.

Going to take the door card off and check it out at some point.
