Favourite Engine - new style!

Hi all,

Just bought a 2001 Almera Tino with my favourite engine - the SR20DE!
I've had many cars with this legendary engine in (turbo and non-turbo), but never in an MPV before...

First thoughts...
It's really weird in a CVT car. (mainly bought the Auto so that my wife can also use it easily)
It's STILL awesome.
I like the feel of the car - it's still familiar Nissan and not Renault-fied.

At the moment it is still quite standard, but I shall be working on that :)
So far:
I have only installed plug-in SD card/USB reader to back of radio (done and works perfectly with steering remote!)
Iridium Plugs (Denso IK20)

Plans:
17' Alloys
Nicer tailpipe
Possibly lowering springs
Clear side repeaters
daylight running lights

Anyway, need to catch up on some reading on the forum for ideas!

The N16 didn't come as standard with the SR bud. But there have been a few done. If you're interested look for @Liam and his build :)

N16 forum resources, points to the people who have done the SR swap :)

Yes I'm a bit new to the Almera (and Tino) platforms. Thanks I see now the Almera N16 didn't come with the SR20.
Some places refer to the Tino as V10, but others as the N16 platform. Either way, it is not N15, but definitely came with the SR20 standard.
I totally get that the Tino is not high on the modifiable list, so probably won't feature much on these forums, but probably more on mum-car forums! :D
