Yeah, there's a replacememnt facia unit available (got mine from Motorworld), and I think Sony does a head unit with an adapter so you can still use the wheel mounted control. According to my mate, they're pretty easy to fit, just use get and use the adapters, and it'll be a quick whip-out, plug in job. I've not changed mine yet, focusing on a new supercharger!!
