help! can this spacer goes into the front?

Best to take your door panel off and have a look to see if it will match up mate.Also the wiring harness is very different than what you would expect.The best thing to do is run seperate speaker wires and run them through the door panel and either drill a hole to go through to the stereo or just protect them with wire covers(which I did).Looks good still really.

The adapter plate will defo
the plug might, although I'd say the odds are against you, micras have proper wiring harnesses and we have plastic ones
just poke some wires down the adapters and a drop solder if you want to join some wires to your original harness
 
thanx guys. i think i will go for the corsa adaptor, just in case.
 
just get some MDF, make your own spacer adaptor, then cut the wires (check the back of the HU to see which is +ve and which is -ve) and put some female lucar cnnectors on there. tis what I did.
