Dont no if this is the right section but i have a 03 Almera S and when i have the heating on there is air coming from the passenger side under the dashboard and when i put my hand there i feel the air ocming out, Was wondering if any1 noes what it is and if its dangerous and roughly how much 2 get it fixed?

im not tht stupid lol. Its like a pipe is burst and cold air is comin out cos its not coming from the fan at the feet end.
Is it always cold air, or does it get warm when you turn the heater up?
If it`s always cold, sounds like someone`s removed the old cabin filters & not replaced them, (behind the glovebox) so there`s just a gap where they should be, allowing the air from outside to pass directly into the footwell.
