Me and my mate went down to taunton yesterday evening in my SRi to collect a new engine for his S13 200sx after a bottom end banger last week haha.

Went in easily to be honest, especially with the car being pretty low as well :)
Two of us lifted it in no problem with a bar and some straps and we tied it down securely for the 120mile journey home.
Lifted it out no problem again with just two of us.

My mate's insured my car for a week though at the sum of £51! :)
As his 200 went bang we needed a set of wheels between us so I've lent it him. Him being a mechanic, he's helping me out also. He's already done oil/filter change and fitted 2 new tires in preparation for the MOT at the end of the month :)
 
so there is a brain in there, thought you were just as stupid to be driving without a licence and insurance aswell
 
Having it revoked means I can re apply for my provisional licence and re pass my test pretty much straight away, where as if I was banned I'd have to wait a certain period before I could even think about driving again :)
Its not as bad as it sounds really haha. At least I get to constantly work on my car, not needing it every day. Also I get to ride my little BMX again and cough my lungs up haha :)
 
Don`t want to get into an argument here, but from watching `road wars` & such programs, when underage drivers are processed, the coppers always say " banned from driving due to age", so imo no licence = banned.

If you can`t do summat, you`re banned from it.

For example, if someone is sitting in my car, they`re banned from driving it because they haven`t got the keys, if I then decide to allow them to have the keys, they then have the right to drive it.

I hope that makes sense. :)

Grammatically I am banned because I'm not actually allowed to drive any more :)
Just glad I haven't gotta wait a year before I can even think about driving again haha :)
 
Sorry for being a pedantic arse Joe, but I hate the use of `slack language` (describing black as white, when it clearly isn`t). :)

I'll get some photos uploaded tomorrow, it was a pretty tight squeeze as the engine still had all ancilleries on it along with loads of boost pipes etc!
