Saw this ad on Gumtree and I'm wondering if it's a good deal/a decent car for an 18 year old.

1999 Nissan Almera Invitation FSH Petrol, Silver, Manual, 59000 miles, 3 Door Hatchback
Owned the car for 4 years and put 43000 miles on it. Its never missed a beat and starts with first turn of the key. Its got couple dents and paintwork needs a good Tcut. Its passed all previous MOT's costing me nothing and I've had it serviced every year. Extensive full service history with all major services completed. MOT is up on the 10th Feb 2016 with an advisory last year on the brake pipes. Just bought another Nissan so don't really want to put this through an MOT but know its a great car so don't want to scrap it either. Want it to go to a good home.
