My Trop Green GTi

after writing my other trop green gti off i bought another from TANGO
finally got tround to doing some of the minor repairs and adding parts that i had bought for the other one

from this

after some hammer n dollie work and a little spray filler (just needs painting)

fitted 4-2-1 manifold and down pipe

getting a catback and de-cat fitted tomorrow courtesy of 2.0lt GTI

fitted my other wheels

then over the next couple of days i am going to fit the bc coilies

replace the boot lid as it has a dent in it above the light cluster
replace the rear bumper
replace the rear lights as one has a hole in the lense
replace the wing mirrors for vzr folding ones (anyone know if there a straight swap)
replace inlet manifold and rocker with chrome plated ones

wing mirrors will bolt straight on youl have to wire up the switches though, there is a guide on here somewhere.

im replacing them anyway as the rear bumper has a few deep scratches and the light has a hole in it just out of the pic

If you're getting rid of it I could do with that P2 lamp as mine is cracked rather badly

Manifold and downpipes look sweet.

well i got round to painting it today

is it worth wet sanding before i apply the clear or just applt the clear

fitted the coilies today still need a little fiddlin with and i think one of the rear ones is rubbing

its rubbing at the bottom of the damper a couple others have the same problem going to hit the offending part with a big hammer to move it out the way lol

Dear god that's beautiful! I would have bought this car but it was so far away!

new tailgate fitted and moved the wiper to the bottom ,replaced the rear lights and raised the back of the car a little
