rear shocks?

Hey all,

When I go over speed humps in the road, the rear of the car always seems to 'drop' a bit harder than the front, like just dumps down. Does this mean the rear shocks/springs need changing?

I had this in my almera N15 before and after I changed the suspension so I wouldnt worry, it may be just the front/back weight difference and the suspension setup.

it happened to me on a curb front went down fine and I was scared I would of caught the front splitter then when the back end comes down crack rear splitter catches thank god there was no damage. (but I do have a full boot all the time now)

Normal GTi suspension behaviour, the 1st time I (literally) went over a humped mini-roundabout in mine, the back came down with a BANG! & scared the shit out of me, got used to it now though.

I have bloody speed bumps all over my area, and have to put up with this noise everytime i decide to go over one a little too fast
