Sound Deadening

I am just wondering is there any point getting stuff that is made for Sound Deadening. I just want to know is the spray better or is the sheets better.

My N16 door rattles on standard speakers when it is fairly loud.

I've heard nothing but good reviews on dynamat :)
Thought about doin my car with it but it's mega expensive!
Why don't you just fill your door panels with cement? ;) (KIDDING) ha
 
Don't use the spray stuff, its rather wank.
The sheet stuff makes a nice difference, also stick it underneath where you would mount your speaker.
 
yes it makes a real difference. The spray stuff is bolox so don't waste your money. Make sure you stick your sheets of Dynamat or whatever down firmly to the panel skin....
 
I went fully to town on mine. My local place (sound gallery) were doing extreme at the price of the normal so i bought a fair amount, my doors are solid, just gotta stop the cards from rattling.
