Did the Jap 1.8's with the 4WD not have the QG18DE engines? im pretty sure they do the saloon version of our Almera's known as the Bluebird iirc...

Do correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure i aint seen as N15 with 4wd AND an 1800 SR18DE engine although thats from my point of view

SR18DE

The SR18DE is a 1.8 L (1838 cc) DOHC engine. It produces 125 hp (92 kW) @6000 rpm and 156 nm @4800 rpm.

It is used in the following vehicles:

* 1989-1998 Nissan Bluebird U14 (125 hp)
* 1990-1993 Nissan Pulsar GTi B13 (140 hp @6400 rpm and 167 nm @4800 rpm)

QG18DE

The 1.8 L (1769 cc) QG18DE was designed for Nissan by Aichi Machine Industry, Japan. It is manufactured both in Japan and Aguascalientes, Mexico. Bore is 80 mm and stroke is 88 mm.
It is used in the following vehicles:

* 2000-2006 Nissan Sentra
* 2000-2006 Nissan Almera
* 1999-2006 Nissan Primera
* 2000-2006 Nissan Expert
* 1999-2006 Nissan Avenir

Yeah it is - still mate its a JDM 1.8 GTi... Still as good as plus its rare

Restore it to near stock condition (i.e. GTi alloys, polished up the interior and the car) and you could see some return in that guaranteed

I would but its only 27 and a half counties away from me like

not sure what thats supposed to mean like? The saloon version of the N15 is called a almera or a pulsar depending where from, bluebird? :roll:

I thought some one once posted up something or other about a 4wd something or other but obviuosly not took much notice

never fear though theres always some one will to use them search engine thingy gummys and answer your question

whats the point in a 1.8 GTI anyway?

Sorry should'e been more precise - it were a saloon version of the N16 called the bluebird with the rover/rolls like chrome rad grille

True, its not like its got VVL or anything going for it over the SR20DE. You'll prob have no end of shit getting parts for it and you'll have it up the arse insuring it! :confused:

I take it back about the parts :lol: Since its an SR I imagine most stuff will fit
 
The facelift N15 GTi's are all AUTO only :(
The N14 and N15 (1995-1997 preface lift) came in 5spd and auto but none of the N14 came in 4wd (only a 5door variant in the N15 did)
All the 5spd versions had LSD's though!
