What's Occuring - Fuel Leak?

Hiya.

Last couple of days noticed my 'mera is smelling a bit petroly.

Had a look about and found this.....

Help.

Long shot, but any 1 got a replacement part or no details on a new part (part no. or price)

I'm skint. And i'm wondering if this is a job i could do myself?

Or at least get the part in cheap and have the garage do it.
 
this is a similar problem i have on mine, so i havent been able to brim it in ages or it emptys like 2 litres out of the pipe onto the floor.

The large rubber section on the filler is split on mine, expect to pay around 35 quid from nissan.

part number 17228 - 0M000

Is it the smaller or larger pipe that has split on yours?
 
I can't even really see without having a good rummage.

The big 'clip' is getting rather wet so I think it maybe the smaller pipe.

Strange thing is, although it's leaking I did 30 miles today and my needle hasn't moved???

It's not leaking much i don't think
