Nice. Should fit an N16.. just.. 42 offset is the highest recommended for N16 so there may be issues with them being too close to the suspension but should be OK, might be able to add a spacer if there was a problem.
 
The only reason it's "recommended" up to 42 is because that's what the majority of wheels are.

I got 7x16 wheels on my car and no joke, they are fine. Because they are et45, they don't stick out past the arches drastically, but at the same time, they don't stick in much further either. There's still plenty of room.

It's only 1/2 inch either way if you think about it...just watch what tyres you stick on them and you should be fine.
