Chris,

Just to post an update and close this ticket; the node itself had a recurring short (we've later found out its a problem with the chassis); so you're on a brand new box, coincidently I had to upgrade the kernel on your VPS to enable it to boot properly, this was done at around 5am by myself.

I'm updating the ticket so you know what has occured, and what steps were taken to resolve the issue, plus the fact I forgot to update the ticket when the work was carried out.
