STOLEN 99' Spec Almera GTi

Aye put the Parada's in North Yorkshire where we have real snowed up roads, not traffic filled wet ones. If anyones driven the Whitby to Scarborough road you'll know what i mean and why it's a bit different from driving up and down the high street.

Back on topic, top feature Dave. Although a little mention of the generous dyno used would have been nice.

If this is the road we took to yours and I mentioned to you how good that road was then yeah I know the one, would be pretty scary in the untreated snow!

no updates to speak of, routine service carried out around 82k. not so regular washes mind, work & house has taken most of my time and money which i guess is normal initially ay.

in 2012 plans are to keep him clean, change back to my 17's team dynamics, few more services and of course visit a local rolling road. just for my own knowing, as im interested to see how the current spec compares to my 2010 spec.

one of the few dry days we've had recently *sad face

weekend gone my lil bro came round and we got cracking, in total it took 4hrs............. thank G, it was another warm day with hardly no wind YES.

steps as followed:
20:1 TFR
AutoSmart snow foam
jet washed
AutoSmart Autowash car shampoo
two bucket method
low pressure rinse
drying towel

AG super resin
Clearkote red moose glaze
AutoSmart Wax
Chemical Guys New Look Trim Gel
AutoSmart tyre shine
GLSS windows outside
AG vinyl and rubber care interior again

New Look Trim Gel front splitter, ph2 fog lamps blanks, door handles, door mirror & no. plate surrounds and engine bay plastics. Obviously at this stage i have no idea about AutoSmart Wax durability, however it went on and buff'd off with ease.

urgh, don't get me wrong the bodywork on your car is always nice n clean - but the engine bay being that clean and nicely dressed is whats most sickening! :p

it is strange i guess, 85k, driven daily in all weathers and still it remains clean somehow lol almost as if its got an engine undertray.........

so after bidding and winning a pair of new KYB damper protection boots *£1 plus del, i thought i tidy up my spare set of dampers. i know they're not coilovers (sold my last set) these will have to do. i also bought a pair of Steering Rack Boot for a SEAT TOLEDO 99-06, bit of a gamble yet hoping to have some use for them - worth £7 i guess.
