Key Fob Reprogramming N16

Does anyone know how to reprogram or get the the key fobs to work on a N16? 2001 model, 1.5 hatch.

Both batteries have been replaced. I've no idea what to do next. Don't want to go to a dealer if I don't have to.

I followed these instructions recently and all went well. I did find that it's worth ensuring all doors are unlocked and the immobiliser hasn't engaged before starting the steps.
