Have you checked the seam seal under the weather strip between the boot and rear doors. I’ve pulled mine out and found hairline cracks

Did you solve the issue? I have the same problem. Come on here and found a thread that said the seam seal on the roof cracks. Removed trim that sits in the gutter between the boot and rear door. It’s cracked!
