1.4 non ABS brake pads

I've accidentally ordered brake pads for an ABS almera, I know it's a long shot, but is there any chance they will fit a non-ABS one? I imagine they won't, as they wouldn't make 2 different types if they were interchangable, but I don't want to have to buy another set if I don't have to.

Not 100% on this, but I can`t see why they wouldn`t fit, as the ABS sensor isn`t physically attatched to the caliper anyway, so why use different calipers?

Also, All GTis (ABS & non-ABS) have identical calipers/pads, so why would the 1.4 be any different? :confused:

EDIT: If you`ve ordered GTI pads, they deffo WILL NOT FIT your 1.4, unless it`s fitted with GTi front calipers.
 
Hmm, I don't want to start working on it though if the new pads aren't going to fit, does anyone else have any idea?

BTW, I havn't ordered GTi pads, I've ordered 1.4 ABS pads, and i've got a 1.4 non-ABS.
 
remember when i was buying pads for mine there were a few different option, but i only remember then being different caliper manufacturers not ABS and non ABS, check buypartsby or similair and see if they show the same part number for with and without, if there different part numbers then they wont fit.
