Hello all!!
Just bought my 1st Almera and found the 'club.
I'm feeling very lucky to have bought this as it came from ebay and I bought unseen!!
Yep, call me mad, especially as the last car I got from ebay unseen was a very rusty Rover with bald tyres and a cracked windscreen! (I know, it was a Rover - but I was drunk, it was late at night, and I just hit the buy now button)
Well I think this one has more than made up for it.
Basic model 3 door, 1998, see the auction at http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=290304115908.
Interior is as new, positively gleaming, with the exception of a broken drivers side seatbelt arm. Exterior NO RUST at all, couple of so minor dings on bodywork they really are not worth mentioning.
I've had nissans before, going back as far as a 100a back in the 80's, but this by far is the best drive and most fun!!
I do miss certain luxuries, like no electric windows or central locking, and who was responsible for fitting rear folding seats that dont split? LOL.
Think I got a hell of a good car for my money (£562)
Heres looking forward to many miles together.
Dan
