2 Gti's in scrappy

Only useful for the north east people really but there are 2 black phase 2 gtis in the north east motor salvage scrappy in peterlee. Both had frontal damage so headlights and bumpers are a no, also all instuments from both have been stripped along with the side skirts and mirrors.
I reckon you could get 4 decent wheels and tyres, rear light clusters, boot lid, back bumper and seats from them, also the engines look to be undamaged and untouched (the radiator on 1 may be ok).

Just thought i'd let you all know in case you're after any bits and bobs.
 
yo bud big thanks for the post. Could you give me some more directions to this scrappy as im after a starter motor for a phase 1 but im sure i cud make it fit ;) were there is a will there is a way :D (or a big hammer :roll: )

No probs. The cars are parked side by side up the back left of the yard past the vauxhalls and in with the french gear. I forgot to ask if they had the alarm remotes, doh!! :mad:
 
just took the trip there from whitley bay, got meself a starter motor and the 1 off the other gti has gone so no starters left ;) fort id let u guys know
 
angines, boxes, most body panels r fooked, the airbox n that is on the floor with all bolts, put there by yours truly ;) Think i also left a ratcheting spanner too :mad: Have to be honest i didnt look at interior but none of the bodywork is useable. But both engines look decent the starter i got was a nissan part so i was happy. Think one was an S reg and one was on an R both are black. Walk through door, walk left past building on your left, turn right thru more gates and they on your left hand side. Its really easy to find etc never been to peterlee before found it instantly, is literaly just off A19
