3 points on license & insurance

how much would a insurance premium increase by if 3 points are given to a 20yr old who has been driving for 1 and 1/2 years?

Depends on the circumstances and the comapny, I'd think. If you got them speeding, it would rise a fair amount. If you got them for a bald tyre, it might rise more or less - depending on how they view it in terms of risk.

I am a new driver and normally 3 points does not matter.

I got 3 points on my licence and they never put up any thing.
