Right seen it a few days in the mornings and evenings now on the Bukfastleigh to Totnes road in Devon.
5 door Almera, aqua blue with what looks like an Autech front bumper/splitter with the large round fog lights on. (Only noticed it was an Almera after I had cursed another muppet with their fogs on in non-foggy conditions
).
Turn em off lol!!
Will keep an eye out and add more detail if I spot it again.
