Advice on ICE pls

I've installed some ice over the weekend budget stuff for now since i have just ended up with a mortage. Anyway when running at a decent volume my lights dim when the bass hits. Any suggestions on how to solve it? Better battery or powercap? Both? Advice please since I know nothing about audio shizzle.

powercap might help, but depends how often yours lights flash to the bass, if its just when the bass 'drops' every now and then, a power cap will help this, if your lights flash constantly to the bass then a power cap wont help, as it will be draining the power from the battery as fast as the bass is using the extra power for the amp
I had the same prob, and wasted £150 on a power cap before having to fork out for a new uprated battery, powercap's look canny in installs though one good use for them :)
 
Nice one cheers guys will go for a uprated battery first then and if the problem is still happening will get a powercap.

Its not all the time its ok at low volume but when its on loundish and the bass drops low than when they dim not all the time.
