Been waiting a little while for my account to activate so I can post.

Got my Almera on Christmas Eve, its a 2002 reg N16. 1.5 SE. 50k miles, was one of our company cars so has a FSH. Best bit is it only cost me £150.

Absolutely love it. Had a Nissan a good few years ago, a 95 N reg Sunny, (should have never got rid of it) as well as an Alfa and a Rover (both a nightmare!!)

Been looking at some of the photographs of yor cars on the site & have to say they are fantastic, a credit to you all.

Will post some pics if I get the chance. (Thats if any of you SRI & GTI lads & lasses are interested in a simple SE!) :rolleyes:

It was just a standard Rover 25 1.4i Advantage. X reg. (Bottom of the range!!) Managed to offload it to a bloke I know who owns a garage and does a little bit of second hand car dealing on the side.

The practice I work for had been trying to sell the Almera for a while for around £2k without any success. One of the other blokes in the office was set to buy it for £1500 but only if they serviced it and fixed any issues, he then decided he did'nt want it after all, so I made them an offer of £1000 and managed to get £850 for the Rover, most of the price guides said it was worth between £900 & 1100 but thats with the hassle or advertising it and trying to sell privately.

Will try and get a couple of photos up this week if I can.
