ahhhhhh

wright.

my almera is a bag of hammer's as you all know! do you think i should get another? i really want a sunny gti-r but only for the speed because i think there the most ugly car's ever, turbo the new almera?? i love the shape and everything about the almera i just dont know what to do!!

gtir sounds like a bad choice if its only the speed yourll like, youve got to like the look aswell, turbo the mera!

I know what you mean, at the end of the day, its a Sunny (no offence!). A very fast Sunny, granted. For the price of a half decent Pulsar, you could get a decent P2, a DET and have the money left for all the little bits.

thats what im thinking!! got a thing up in wanted for a p2 and looked eveywhere and i cant find!!

plus if you break your gearbox, itll be a lot easier to find a replacement compared to a pulsar one...

It's be fookin rapid hahaha!! Pulars are mint but they are pretty ugly I agree...a mera would suit a DET better deffo but only problem is the FWD. Can it handle the power seeing as it's usually in a 4WD car?

..and the standard box doesnt use an LSD. You'll be spinning easily. I think you should try a pulsar gtir. Then if you really hate the look, put an sr20det in a gti. Its less effort to buy a cheap GTiR

Just put a Almera front end on a GTi-R ;)

I think the look nice, Ok it may not look quite as good as a Ph2 GTi, but where the GTi look's faster than it is. The R is more of a sleeper.

Thing is, if you got another GTi you could just swap over all the good stuff, like your flywheel, exhaust etc onto the new one. Costs saved. Then rust proof it so it lasts another 5 years or more.
