so i guess these will fit only if the centre bore is 59mm

An offset of 40 should fit, depends how low your car is and how wide the tyres are...

They'll also need a PCD of 4X100 and a centre bore of 59mm of bigger.

i have found out the bore is 65mm so do i require spigots
