Almera GTi mpg?

i make it that from 10L of fuel im getting roughly 60 miles, driving at the speed limit everywhere. mainly urban/city driving too.

10L - 60 miles
20L - 120 miles
30L - 180 miles
40L - 240 miles
50L/Full tank - 300 miles (possibly not due to extra weight of 50L of fuel, and having to drive 300 miles in a almera GTi and not floor it once lol)

someone do the math lol

to a full tank, about 45 litres i usually get 250 miles, but once i did do 55 behind a big truck and done the same trip in just under 3/4's of a tank

city driving i'd get about 35 miles to a fiver, but i do use 5th gear all the time lol

Ive got exactly 300 miles from a full tank, light was on and the clock rolled over to 300 in the petrol station forecourt, Id driven to bournemouth and back (Bristol) spiritedly, and general driving around.

I've had almost 350 from a tank, but i drive 60mph constant too and from work.. well used too, i get about 300 now.

10 litres is 2.199 gallons (4.546 litres to the gallon)
60/2.199=27mpg

Am i right in saying this sorta thing has been posted various times?
I think most GTi owners return 35MPG if driven half sensibly. You can get more if you drive on a long run maybe 350miles on a full tank.
I average 300miles personally which i think last time i worked it out was around 33MPG.:)

if you drive for 7.5 hours on a motorway you'll get 450 out of the tank ;)

I can believe that to be honest, best I've done is about 37mpg which is about 400 miles on one tank, but that was over a few journeys and the odd lead foot episode here and there.
