Sure that plate (or one silmilar) has been on here though.
The only thing that seems similar with that car is the wheels, I am sure a club member had them for sale 
like i said erlier the bloke told me on the phone he bought it off the club!!!
He says that he has no time to MOT it (Bollocks, so he has no family or friends that could take it or can't even take it to his local MOT station the night before or even arrange for them to pick it up. Massive stink of fish)
If it is cammed then that is a massive selling point (Maybe he can't spell cams so has left it out of his ad) Another great stink of fish.
He is obviously on the bones of his arse and it will need work for MOT (that he can't afford) so somebody needs to go and take this poor little GTi off this muppet.

well lads i went to see this gti tonight it looks a fuckin minter the interior is immaculate the bodywork looks prety good too a few stone chips on the bonnet and a tiny touch of rust startin to aprear on the rear passenger side arch.
the bloke seemed to be sound too he works away alot so he dosnt get to even drive it let alone find time to mot it and says he dosnt realy want to sell it.
he says he used to be a mechanic and has maintaind it mostly himself. It has a white cam cover ,a sett of cams (he told me what make they were but i cant remember what he said) when he fitted the cams he fitted a new timing chain and tensioner,Exedy clutch , powewflow exhaust .
one thing that i did notice is the abs light is on but he claims it goes out when actuallly drive it down the road , and that he had a problem with one of the rear calipers which he fixed but the light still comes on even affer fixing the problem . possible faulty sensor??
he has only owned it a year and when he baught it it had std gti wheels which he swapped for current wheels with someone on here who wanted gti wheels he baught it off sombody on here orriginally .
he is gonna email me some more details for me to post up on here, and he says he is lookin in the region of £700 for it .

On the PH1 GTi they either have aircon or sunroof as far as i know.
Mine one is the aircon version so no sunroof.
