not sure if it was spotted as i am new to all this but will have to check it out.

its the p1 gti sr20de,
i have put pulsar gtiR pistons in and garret T28 turbo on
not sure about horse power figures but running on 5 psi it should be about 180 hp, looking to run 11 psi there get it roaded

Nice work, hide that FMIC it would be a great sleeper, power seems about right if a little conservative, although probably about right on low comp pistons.

Keep the good work up!!

with the size of the cooler its a bit hard to hide
its way tooooooo big but looks good, so i dont mind the lag.

what power are you running on your turb and do you still have problems with running
 
At an estimate its between 250-300bhp depending on boost compared to what other GTiR owners get.

I was having problems previously, but since i've wired up a GTiR ECU its been running really well.

But unfortunately i'm just selling up. :-(
 
seen you at santa pod a few weeks ago (1st april i think). love the car, was amazed when me and kurt were walking towards it and realised it had a huge intercooler, not what you expect to see on a car thats never been seen on this forum.

did you go down the strip btw? was parked up when we arrived and i think it was when we left aswell, get some more pictures up, need to see more of this car.

didn't take it on the strip as i am a bit skint :evil: , and need sort the boost out but cant wit to see what she does.

the fiat next to it is the next project, its a marea and we have a fiat coupe turb engine which we are rebuilding. great fun

jme thats some power bet she goes well :eek:

yeah can remember talking to ya at the manor, u will have to get it done well worth it, had an exhaust fitted o it sounds better now. :)

Try and get some racing going after it. even though I don't condone street racing. :O

you will have to take it on the track at 1 show like trax or nationals then you can go all out :D
 
Nice one fella. So were you brave and did you do all the work yourself?!....or did you wimp out and pay someone! what engine management you running? 1/4 mile times?
 
Me Myself And I

Me and my dad did it all, big job but low cost :D . most expensive was the cooler.
the amnagement is all standart, it seems to run fine with the timing slowed down a click. it all just little bits like hoses and stuff
not taken it on the strip yet still need up the boost a bit but that should be sorted this weekend.
is all just time but next stage is the bodywork as arches are starting to rust
