Almera Pulsar CJ-i???

A strange one to see but this was, or so it said on the back, a Almera Pulsar CJ-i! :confused:

Was travelling down the parkway in Sheffield!

Was basically a N15 saloon but didnt have like fogs or owt so either 1.6 or 1.4 i would say. Was UK plate

Badge did look a bit shite tbh, looked fake a bit.

Did i see a fake pulsar or is there such thing as a N15 Almera Pulsar CJ-i??? :confused:
 
That's a JDM model....not very flash at all, they are pretty low spec and they came out with the GA15DE (77kW 1.5ltr petrol) and the CD20 (56kW 2ltr diesel) and there is also a 4wd variant with the GA15DE.
Don't know why you would bother importing that!

When seeing it, i thought it was just a Almera Saloon - exactly the same as one, then I saw the badge on the back! And thats what really threw me.

evldan - Didnt look exactly special and not a car you would go out to import unless you had big plans for it but driver didnt look too bothered!

What really got me, was the Almera and Pulsar badge when I thought it was one or the other! ie uk and wherever is almera, australia NZ and wherever is Pulsar!

These are 4 door sedans...but those 5 door Estates (SR-V's) can come with GA15DE's and 4wd..bit of a waste really.
