Hello im new to the forum hello all.
looking at replacing my wifes 2.2td almera with a newer petrol one.
we looked at a 2006 1.5 sx done 67k but after test driving it noticed was idling bit high about 1100rpm, there was no engine management light on. the gargae said they get it looked at which they have and come back saying throttle body needed cleaning and now this has been done they say its now idling fine. does anyone know if this sounds right and do they suffer with this issue easily as the car is very tidy but dont want to buy one if its a know issue. any help very appriciated.
