another rear strut brace?

while fitting my springs,i noticed that the rear strut brace isnt so much of a strut brace.i was wondering if there was ever a brace made that actually went from strut top to strut top,like a proper brace? im toying with the idea of making one,but fear it might make the back too stiff?

Sentra b14 strut braces fit ( front and rear ) You can pick `em up pretty cheap. They aren`t cusco qulity but they are ok and ALOT cheaper.........

So what does the GTi one actually attach to, I've never looked.

Its more of a chassis brace, it`s just out of shot in my pic...........

So would a brace to the mounts make alot of difference? And im guessing Nissan didn't put it to the mounts because of practicality.

the cusco ones don't attach to the strut tops anyway...

they are replacements for the GTi standard brace... The 3 point Cusco one is a triangular type brace which introduces a 3rd point mounted off the boot floor...

you can opt for a B14 sentra brace as rowdy has suggested... or the Japanese company Okuyama (Carbing) makes them however they're pretty rare to come across. The other company I believe that makes them is vivid performance however I have never found more details on it other than a simple picutre.
