AOC wanna be's ............

was driving to norwich today when i pulled behind a vauxhall astra & noticed a AOC in a circle on the rear window thinking it looked strange i got closer and saw that he was a member of the astra owners club !!
which club was founded first ?

sounds about right lol, fukin keyrings....the only astra i would own is a mates black g reg gte 16v-looks like a shed but proper race prepped, seam welded etc and a proper old school giant killer...

Auto Express mag is looking at the gte vs. the VXR this week. Good article actually looking at all the old classics vs. their new counterparts.

Ive driven Burts and tbh-im gettin more and more tempted to go older next time round...had a turbo technics sierra xr4x4 many moons ago and it was a great car-ye so lots of cars are quicker nowadays, but the sierra never failed to make me smile..good old fashioned fun...and taught you how to drive properly-you fuk up and it hurts lol

Some people have all the luck!

I was speaking to a mush the other week and i mentioned that i am into motors and with that he said to me what i thought to this (opening his garage door) A fuckin 2002 Turbo! It was Silver so he got away with the severe 'because you are one lucky fucker and i'm not' beating! If it was white...

I'd be skint if i won the lottery!

Northern meet?

all these on line clubs take up so much time, i have been a member of migweb for yrs as i was one of the first to mod a astra coupe turbo back when X plate was brand new. later going onto a zafira gsi , then went mazda route amongst other things but always seem to come back to nissan. owned many in my time a 100A, 120y, rear wheel drive bluebird, 280c and now a mera. maybe because i race nissans and they always do well you can't beat a jap it seems.

a friend of mine used to race the mk2 granadas mmmm, P10 primera and N14 sunny 1.6 carbed, they used to fly and the engines would run fine even if they lost all their water lol now thats supply has run low hes moved onto mondeos! YEY :P

I used to be on www.vauxhallownersnetwork.co.uk, when I had my cavy and my nova, and still log in occasionally. The site has a massive amount of members, and info / advice is usually spot on! Were you on that too? :)
