Back Bumper Biffed

I have biffed the back bumper of my beautiful N15 Saloon.
Two questions:
1) Has anyone any idea how to get it back into something like it's original shape?
2)Not surprisingly, I want to fit rear parking sensors. Has anyone done it? Is it just a question of linking the sensors to the reversing light wiring?

2) yes, nice and easy. Hardest part will just be making sure the holes for the sensors line up neatly.
 
Hrm those angles look pretty strong, but it's a smaller area so might be ok. Remove the bumper and apply some heat with a heat gun from behind. Medium setting holding heating up the whole area for while. You may find it just pops back into place as this plastic has memory. If not by itself give it a nudge from behind.

Be careful not to heat up a spot so much that it starts to look gloss. This'll damage the plastic and loose it's memory.
