R 3 VEN, spotted this while stuck in the football traffic coming out of Southend around 1800ish today (I was 3 cars in front of you @ the T junction with the dual carriageway, you were behind the little smart car).
Standard alloys, may have been lowered & was very shiny.
Anyone on here?
