Blue N15 with white wheels in Colchester (not Kelv)

Was going to Colchester Hospital today (about 1:30ish), & saw a blue N15 with white wheels (looked like 5 spokes) going the other way, (noticed it coming towards me, but managed to get a look in the mirror as I went round the corner & noticed the wheels).

Wasn`t Kelv, (not GTI alloys, round spokes).

Think it was a V reg.

Just wondering if it`s anyone on here?

Spotted this mera today aswell outside a house on ipswich road, colchester. Tidy, think a woman drives it. Spotted yours now aswell mate last sunday in sunny clacton. Very clean sir, but picking your nose whilst driving is not! Haha!

Don`t remember seeing any `meras last sunday.

Was either just coming from the car wash, or on way to Hospital with Mother.

(Mind you, I can`t remember what I did yesterday, let alone last week!)
