Dunno who's this is but I'll keep an eye out - thought I was the only one round my way with the good taste to have black and silver rims 
Funny, I've seen twice as many N16s round my way this week as ever before, a lot of minter phase 1s especially, I must have overtaken four or five on my way home from work yesterday - they're everywhere.

N16s have been around long enough now that they are a pretty good deal second-hand, you can pick up a 1.5 with 30k on the clock for well under £4000.
We may see more younger owners (and so more modded examples) now the grannies who bought them originally are selling them on.
I'd guess that we need a few 160bhp+ examples around before N16s are taken too seriously as a modding base as the main turn-off is the lack of poke.
