Braidied Lines

Guys,
I've spotted these on ebay:
Ebay braided hoses

Just wondering how difficult they are to fit? Is it just a case of screwing on and off the old ones or do i have to flare tubes and things like that?

Cheers Guys

not sure bout the fitting, but you might want to check whether they have a thin rubber outer layer (over the steel)...you'll have bits falling off your car if they find something to rub on other wise!

Oh and opt for stainless steel end fittings too...otherwise you're going to end up replacing the zinc coated ones again!

Rach.

i would imagine they are easy to fit but then you have to bleed the brakes and be carefull where you get brake fluid when removing the old ones.

They are easy to fit providing your brake pipes arent too rusty, i had to get new pipes made up before i could get the s/steel lines fitted.

so thats a bit to watch out for

92000 miles on me almera, replacing brakes with willwood 4 pots at themo nut came of no problem
